1. Courses and Payments
1.1 All fees for courses and services offered by Colorful Sports must be paid at the time of registration and are payable via PayNow or other modes of payment as indicated on the Website or Booking App.
1.2 The registration fee, including the cost of a Colorful Sports T-Shirt and pants, is $50 and is non-refundable upon withdrawal by the applicant before or after the commencement of the course.
1.3 Course fees are non-refundable, except where stated otherwise in these terms or as required by law.

2. Booking App and Class Schedule
2.1 To book any class offered by Colorful Sports, customers must use our Booking App available at https://colorfulsports.classcard.app/.
2.2 The class schedule and available timeslots will be published on the Booking App, and customers should check it regularly for updates and changes.
2.3 Colorful Sports reserves the right to modify the class schedule, timeslots, and availability without prior notice. However, Colorful Sports will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of any significant changes.

3. Injuries and Accidents
3.1 Participants are aware that injuries, as well as accidents, can occur in any sports, including but not limited to Wushu. By participating in any Colorful Sports programs and activities, participants consent to the inherent risks associated with such activities.
3.2 Colorful Sports management, coaches, employees, and contractors, or their representatives shall not be held accountable in the event of any injury as a consequence of participating in our programs and activities.
3.3 In the event of an accident or emergency, Colorful Sports is permitted to seek medical treatment for participants, and participants agree to bear all medical and related costs.
3.4 Colorful Sports will take necessary precautions to ensure the safety of all participants but will not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss incurred by the participants.

4. Advertising
4.1 Participants understand that advertising photos and videos will be taken occasionally, and hereby grant permission to allow their photos or videos to be used for advertising purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Colorful Sports strives to provide accurate and reliable information on the Website and Booking App. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.
5.2 Colorful Sports shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Website, Booking App, or any services offered by Colorful Sports.
